Fast Shipping

  • €19.99 for orders under €70
  • €10 for orders over €70

Geographic Scope

We currently ship throughout the European Union. For non-EU deliveries, please contact our support team prior to placing your order.

International Shipments (Non-EU)

  • Additional shipping fees may apply.
  • Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
  • MathreCosmetics is not liable for such costs or any customs delays.

Shipping Disclaimer

Delivery times may vary due to holidays, peak seasons, or logistic disruptions. MathreCosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.


Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Address

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Recipient’s absence
  • Failure to retrieve

Reshipping costs may apply. Refunds are not issued for unclaimed/misaddressed deliveries unless otherwise agreed.


Return Policy

Return Window

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery in compliance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Eligible Returns

Accepted only if:

  • Item does not match the order
  • Item is unused, in original undamaged packaging, with proof of purchase

  • Buyer’s change of mind
  • Customer entry errors (e.g., incorrect name, address, payment details)

Exceptions for Customized Products

Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable, unless defective or incorrectly produced.

Return Procedure

Contact support@mathrecosmetics.com within 14 days. Provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear, unedited photos or videos

Upon approval, a prepaid return label will be issued. Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after receipt and inspection.

Free Returns

Applicable only for:

  • Incorrect items
  • Items damaged during shipping

All other return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
